RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs (including any duties/taxes resulted from the return of the product, if applicable), and once the item is received, a full, partial refund or store credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item. If the item has been used and shows signs of wear and tear, then a store credit will be issued instead.

Please note that careinsole reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 10% on certain items.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ORDERS
If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, here's how you request a replacement:
To qualify for a refund, it is necessary to provide us with a photo or video of the damaged products.

You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.

Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.

EXCHANGES

To qualify for exchange, it is necessary to provide us with a photo or video of the damaged products.
You can request an exchange via contacting us at contact@careinsole.com. We'll help you send your original item back to us, and we'll process a separate order for your new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
